This is an exciting time to be joining the Lorna Young Foundation as Corporate Sponsorship Manager. This vital role will contribute to the delivery of our fundraising strategy by maximising core income from corporate fundraising.
We’re looking for an experienced and talented individual to develop, support and champion our corporate sponsorship approach.
You will bring enthusiasm and ambition to this varied role, using your passion for building lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships to help us scale up our innovative Farmers’ Voice Radio model.
Farmers’ Voice Radio aims to transform the lives of millions of farmers and rural communities through the power of radio. Three years ago, our team made the bold decision to ‘open source’ our Farmers’ Voice Radio resources to enable our model to spread and scale. This approach has been highly impactful and has led to demand for additional training and support from organisations who use our resources.
We would welcome applications from candidates with strong corporate fundraising experience and networks, who want to use their experience to make a real difference to the lives of smallholders in developing countries.

This post is initially temporary but may be extended if the intended ambition for funding is achieved and the post-holder demonstrates the ability to further develop the programme’s impact.
